GONE! Used to be on east side of 5th, north of Hendrickson
There used to be a house on 5th, with a little pond in front and a dilapidated old barn in back. When we first started looking for property in the area (in 1992) this was one of the homes we were shown. At the time we were not impressed. I took a photo of the barn in 2003 (when I started my collection) and another quick shot a year later. In January, 2005 I wanted to get more close-up pictures of the place, but found it had been torn down.
The property belonged to the Clasen family, for whom the housing community of Clasen Cove (to the north on 5th) is named. The parcel where this barn was located is currently owned by a medical center.
