Barn # 251 Graysmarsh Farm
Port Williams

Berry farm at the east end of Woodcock (north side).

William H Gray, a sea captain, owned the marsh in the 1870s and sold it to Alfred Anderson in 1909. Graysmarsh Farm as we know it was established about 70 years ago, and first opened U-pick strawberry fields in the late 1960s. The old dairy barn now used for drying lavender. More information is available about the farm at their web site.
