South side of Old Olympic Highway, east of Spring
This used to be a dairy farm, called Blue Mountain View. In 2005 most of the herd was sold off (there are still some cows on the property, but no milk is being shipped). Even though the dairy is no longer function, there are some protections in place. The development rights on 44 acres of the farmland have been sold to Clallam County, and an agreement has been made with the North Olympic Land Trust to keep the land perpetually in agriculture.
