West side of Sequim Dungeness, south of Sunland
This five-acre parcel across from the golfing community of Sunland is a smaller, hands-on version of a classic farm (even their cows are miniatures). It had been part of a thriving farm in 1920's, but when the Depression hit it failed. It was abandoned for decades until the current owners began restoration in 2007.
