The barn and house were built in the 1920s. Gust Bloom was listed as an early owner (perhaps the builder?) and then in the middle of the century the farm belonged to the Paul Phillips family. The barn looks like it is in big trouble, but it is being renovated. They have cleared the brush from the property and the house has gotten new siding. The cupolas used here may have been originally on the Mantle Barn.
