West side of Washington Harbor, south of Skunk Hollow
This is the barn that some of the the Spath family moved to, after leaving the orginal homestead on Spath Road in Carlsborg in the late 1920s. The site currently has the large pole barn, a 1933 farmhouse, and some assorted outbuildings. Although now included in the new Willow Creek Manor development, these structures are mandated to remain standing for a period of 20 years.
