This is the barn that some of the the Spath family moved to, after leaving the orginal homestead on Spath Road in Carlsborg in the late 1920s. It was a dairy farm for many years, and then had beef cattle. The site currently has the large pole barn, a 1933 farmhouse, and some assorted outbuildings. Although now included in the new Willow Creek Manor development, these structures are mandated to remain standing for a period of 20 years.
