Dick and Golden Duncan started a dairy farm on the 40 acres here. It then went to the Harry and Beryl May family (from Happy Valley). After the dairy business ended the land was used to raise artichokes and mint. The current owners, with just five acres of the original property, have had sheep and chickens on the property. The barn is now used for storage.
